Wim Batist

Chairman

Having set up the BCA Group Business in the UK in 1981, as Chairman he has over 50 years’ experience in the Caravan, Motorhome and Camping industry majoring in both the Manufacturing and Component supplies to the leisure industry.

Wim has seen year on year growth of the Company through continued research, development and designing of new products which in turn has through his dedicated and skilled team created efficiencies to be applied through the manufacturing process to all BCA Leisure customers.

Adam Slater
Managing Director

Joining the business in 2015 as Managing Director Adam has already served over 35 years in the Automotive Industry, with his track record in business expansion, budget management and people recruitment along with the strong management in the BCA Group he plans to continue develop the cross section of expertise and skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

Wayne Boyd
Sales & Marketing Director

Wayne joined the leisure industry in 1996 as retail manager at one of the biggest dealerships in the UK.  2001 saw a move to the wholesale company Pennine Leisure Supplies as a sales rep where he covered the West of the UK.

In 2011 Wayne was approached to move to the manufacturing division of BCA group and join the management team in the commercial department. Wayne’s current role of Sales and Marketing Director was awarded in late 2013 just before the October NEC show where you will see him each year showcasing the new products and developments BCA and Pennine Leisure Supplies are bringing to our customers.

Dean Hans
Technical Sales Director

Dean joined the company in 1993, starting on the production line. He has worked his way up through the technical side of the business and is now the Technical Sales Director. He oversees the drawing office, R&D and the service engineers, as well as being a member of the NCC technical committee.

He is currently working on several exciting new projects that will appear in the coming seasons.

Martin Price
Purchasing & IT Director

Martin joined BCA in 2010 and is the Purchasing and IT Director. He has overseen an overhaul of the IT systems and several projects to increase the integration of various systems.

Technical Services & Design

Tony Gommersall

Tony joined us in September 2004 on the production line. He was a service engineer for several years, and is now a Tech Consultant, helping to run the drawing office.

Tanya Rich

Tanya joined the company in 2003 in production, and moved to the drawing office in 2006. She has been instrumental in adopting the automotive drawing software we currently use.

William Batist

At the time of writing, William is the most recent addition to the technical team, having joined in September 2017. As a Technical Assistant he produces wiring diagrams for production packs.

Kerry Gallagher

Kerry started working for BCA in 2006 in production. She has been working in the drawing office since 2016 creating the wiring diagrams for the production packs.

IT, Support & Accounts

Stephen Lister

One of the newer addition to our management team, Stephen joined us in November 2015 as the Finance Manager after 26 years of accounting experience in the fabric Industry. He heads the accounts team.

Harrison Batist

Harrison joined BCA Group as a sales rep for Pennine Leisure in 2011 covering the south of the country. He moved to BCA Leisure in October 2015 and since then has been managing several major IT and infrastructure projects for Pennine Leisure Supplies and BCA Leisure.

Anne Pearson

Anne is our longest serving employee, having joined BCA in 1987. She was previously the warranty administrator between 2001-2014, before taking up her current post as Costings Assistant.

Lucy Skellington

Lucy is our Warranty Administrator, and deals with all of the enquiries and returns from the dealership network. She started working for the company in 2007, and started her current role in 2013.

Sales Support Team

Christine Janecki

Christine has been working for BCA since 1991. She started work on the production line, and is now in charge of sales order processing.

Helen Whiteley

Helen joined BCA as a sales/warranty administrator in July 2016.

Lewis Gresty

Lewis joined PLS as an apprentice in 2015 as a sales assistant and quickly took on responsibilities that included design and deployment of the company catalogue, offer flyers, website development and general marketing duties. Lewis now assists BCA with marketing in the form of catalogue design and website development.

 

Production Leaders

Steve Wood

Steve joined BCA in 2006 as Production Manager, and oversees production throughout the company.

Jackie O'Connor

Jackie is our Production Controller, and helps oversee manufacturing throughout the company. She has been with us since 1996.

Mick Mallinson

Mick has been with us for a long time, starting in April 1990 on the production line. He progressed through being a service engineer to his current position of Warranty/Quality Manager. He is responsible for production processes, overseeing testing of product and the maintenance of our ISO standards.

 

Development & Service Engineers

Luke Smith

Luke is one of our Development Engineers, heading up some of our most promising R&D projects. Since joining us in November 2014 he has completed several projects that you can now see in many UK built caravans. He also assists in Tech Support.

James Bowen

James is one of the newer additions to our technical team, having joined in late 2016. He is one of our service engineers, and also works in the drawing office.

Damien joined us in 2011 on the production line. Since then he has been promoted to service engineer, and assists in the drawing office with the wiring diagrams.
