Having set up the BCA Group Business in the UK in 1981, as Chairman he has over 50 years’ experience in the Caravan, Motorhome and Camping industry majoring in both the Manufacturing and Component supplies to the leisure industry.
Wim has seen year on year growth of the Company through continued research, development and designing of new products which in turn has through his dedicated and skilled team created efficiencies to be applied through the manufacturing process to all BCA Leisure customers.
Joining the business in 2015 as Managing Director Adam has already served over 35 years in the Automotive Industry, with his track record in business expansion, budget management and people recruitment along with the strong management in the BCA Group he plans to continue develop the cross section of expertise and skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
Wayne joined the leisure industry in 1996 as retail manager at one of the biggest dealerships in the UK. 2001 saw a move to the wholesale company Pennine Leisure Supplies as a sales rep where he covered the West of the UK.
In 2011 Wayne was approached to move to the manufacturing division of BCA group and join the management team in the commercial department. Wayne’s current role of Sales and Marketing Director was awarded in late 2013 just before the October NEC show.
Dean joined the company in 1993, starting on the production line. He has worked his way up through the technical side of the business and is now the Technical Sales Director. He oversees the drawing office, R&D and the service engineers, as well as being a member of the NCC technical committee.
He is currently working on several exciting new projects that will appear in the coming seasons.
Tony joined us in September 2004 on the production line. His time served as a service engineer has helped him in his current senior role. Tony is now our technical and drawing office manager.
Stephen joined us in November 2015 as the Finance Manager after 26 years of accounting experience in the fabric Industry. He heads the accounts team.
Lewis joined PLS as a Sales & Marketing Apprentice in 2015 and quickly took on responsibilities that included web design, company catalogue design and development, promotional marketing, and much more. Lewis now assists BCA group with a range of marketing incentives and business development projects.
Chris joined the BCA sales team in 2020. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the industry to his role as UK sales manager for BCA Motion. Chris has been key in bringing new converter harness business to BCA.
Tanya joined the company in 2003, starting in production, then a move to the drawing office in 2006. She has been instrumental in adopting the automotive drawing software we currently use. In 2021 Tanya took her current role as production manager.
Kerry has worked for BCA since 2006 firstly in production, then moving to the drawing and technical office in 2016. Kerry is now production controller for our new converter business – BCA Motion.
Lucy is our Assistant Quality & Warranty Manager, and deals with all of the enquiries and returns from the dealership network. She started working for the company in 2007, and started her current role in 2013.
Omer is one of our electronics engineers and joined BCA in 2021. His skills help to innovate and improve new and existing products.
Damien joined us in 2004 on the production line. Since then he has been promoted to service engineer, and assists in the drawing office with the wiring diagrams.
